I've lost a really large chunk of them really important portraits i was working on an album for my ex girlfriend. Safe to say I'm incredibly devastated but to add to it i think the phones completely buggered due to the fact i can not even factory reset it, i press the option to Format the data partition. Has anyone else had this issue with the new EMUI Update. If so any information to recover this data would be very much appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
