Multi-touch y7 prime 2019 issues

I have a problem in huawei y7 prime 2019.. its the multi-touch problem.. This occur when we use two fingers or more at the same time.. The screen will start flickering specially when we play games as pubg mobile.. Games that use multi-touch.. The problem was solved in many phones that using android 8.1 oreo by latest update.. But y7 users still suffering from this issues.. Is there solution? Or we just go buy another phone! -_-

Hi,

Try the wipe cache:

Turn off your phone and start pressing Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
When Recovery mode pops up let go of all keys.

Do this in order:
"Clear data"/"Wipe cache"/"Back" et "Restart".

However, the fix will not arrive in the May security update because of changes being locked down a month before. It will arrive in the June update.

Ecran work fine so The test will apear to you that all good... the issue happened when you use two finger at once..

the bug was found on all devices that work with 8.1 oreo android.. The issue was fixed google pixel 2 and google devices but still exist on huwei mobile

This is a 2018 topic on Oreo 8.1 and google pixels.
I think it's the pugb game that has a problem with compatibility and the Y7 2019 is not really a smartphone dedicated to the game

Your smartphone is not compatible with new versions of EMUI.
It might be time to change too if you want a better gaming experience.
