Mais si on te demande qui t'a fourni ça, tu ne me connais pas...

Et si tu les contactes, dis leur qu'il te manque juste le patch de sécurité du 1er décembre 2019, pour avoir la 9.1.0.358, sans quoi tu ne peux pas bénéficier de EMUI 10. (pas de proposition de téléchargement)

I had the exact same issue, being stuck with 9.1.0.346 on my LYA-L29.
Today I removed the 2 SIM cards I had in my phone (One from DIGI Romania and the second from Lyca Belgium) and inserted only one SIM from Orange Belgium and instantly I received notification about software update 9.1.0.358 (C431E10R1P16) , after that came 10.0.0.180 (C431E7R1P5), then 10.0.0.196 (C431E7R1P5)
I suggest you to insert a SIM card from a large service operator.
