P30 PRO URGENT - Cannot start phone after failed upgrade (P30 Pro)

Hello everyone,

I will describe the situation and what happened:

-Huawei P30 Pro was upgrading the software, then in the process stopped (phone had enough battery, not sure why upgrade stopped)
-Logo appears but phone doesn't turn on
-I tried reboot mode and safe mode, neither worked
-I tried update mode erecovery, it connected to wifi and downloaded but then it said failed
-I downloaded Hisuite, connected to laptop the phone with usb, click power button and lower volume, but it says
phone locked and Hisuite said it cannot help with this phone model
-I called huawei technical support in Paris and they will call me back today, they were waiting for me yesterday to try the erecovery

I was suggested the factory reset, but I absolutely don't want this because I have many photos, contacts, etc so this is a horrible solution. Besides,
this failed upgrade caught me by surprised so I don't have recent backups.

I hope you can please help me to fix this nightmare!

Hello,

Sorry for your update problem but if the firmware is not correctly installed, or corrupted, the phone won't work anymore, even the factory reset won't work I think.

The only solution is to send the phone to Huawei technical support in Paris (if you live in France), so they will be able to reload a correct firmware.
