hi.i am really tired of the finger print of my huawei p20 pro.every finger of anyone can unlock my phone and this was the second time.when i left it in the shop the first weeks i bought my phone after one week they said it just needed a factory reset.now i can´t do the factory reset because i have a lot of stuff in my phone,could someone please help?by the way i have my phone for 7 months and it never fall on the floor or something
